Windows XP Service Pack 2 has some built-in safety features that can also inadvertently block safe PDF web pages from being able to be viewed. If you click on one of our PDF links (all safe for viewing) and a blank page loads with a yellow "restriction" bar at the top (better known as the Information Bar), follow these three steps:
(1) Click on the yellow bar.
(2) Click on "Allow Blocked Content".
(3) Click "Yes" on the final security warning window.
